Front doors Inspired by ceramic and stone

Front door covered sintered quartz ceramic

Quartz sintered stone is a composite of natural minerals. This material is created by blending and compressing various components, including quartz sand, shale clay, granite, and pigments. The resulting powder is combined with resin in precise proportions and then pressed under a pressure of 400 bars. The pressed slabs are subsequently hardened by firing in hybrid ovens at temperatures exceeding 1200°C. This process produces large-format slabs that are simultaneously thin and durable.

Quartz sintered stone slabs are highly resistant to stains, impacts, abrasion, and scratches. They are remarkably lightweight while maintaining exceptional strength and durability. Additionally, they do not wear out or change color when exposed to UV radiation. Large ceramic panels made from this material offer excellent resistance to mechanical damage and dirt accumulation.

Quartz sintered stone is extremely difficult to scratch, chip, or otherwise damage. However, if any chips or defects do occur, specialists can repair them due to the stone’s unique structure, restoring the surface effectively.

Front door covered slate Stone Veneer

Stone and slate veneer represents a significant advancement in surfacing materials. It consists of ultra-thin slices of authentic natural stone, usually ranging from 1 to 3 millimeters in thickness. These delicate layers are carefully extracted and expertly adhered to a flexible backing made from fiberglass, resin, or fabric. This innovative technique preserves the stone’s original patterns, textures, and colors while transforming it into a flexible, easy-to-handle sheet.

Unlike traditional heavy and rigid stone slabs or synthetic alternatives, this natural stone veneer offers several key benefits:

– Lightweight: It is much lighter than conventional stone, making handling easier, reducing shipping expenses, and eliminating the need for major structural reinforcements. This makes it particularly suitable for renovation projects and installations in difficult-to-access areas.

– Flexible: Thanks to its specialized backing, the veneer can bend and adapt to curved surfaces, columns, and intricate architectural details. This flexibility provides architects and designers with extraordinary creative possibilities.

– Durable: Although thin, the veneer maintains the natural strength and durability of genuine stone, ensuring a long-lasting and resilient surface that performs well both indoors and outdoors.

– Versatile: Its adaptability allows for use across a wide range of applications, from residential interiors like walls, furniture, and doors to demanding commercial environments such as retail displays, hotel lobbies, office spaces, and exterior facades.

– Authentic: Made from 100% natural stone, the veneer showcases the unique patterns and color variations inherent to the material, delivering an exclusive and high-quality finish every time.

In summary, stone and slate veneer provides a lightweight, flexible, durable, and authentic alternative to traditional stone surfaces, expanding design possibilities while maintaining the natural beauty and integrity of real stone.
